Our company is looking for a dynamic recruiter to join our growing team. This is a remote position as you will be recruiting Nationally, inhouse and external recruitment.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Recruitment for Finance, IT, Pharmaceutical/ Supply Chain/blue collar
- Searching, screening, and short-listing quality candidates on available job portals
- Interviewing/ reference checks/MIE
- Marketing quality candidates to quality companies
- Working required job specs from clients
- Building client relationships
- Negotiating offers between candidate and client until successful placement is made
- Own home office
- Computer literate
- Tertiary education (diploma/degree/honours) advantageous
Skills include:
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Energetic
- Goal-driven
Salary:
Basic plus commission
