Job Description:

Network Recruitment seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Controller for a prominent FMCG company in Johannesburg North. This role demands 3-5 years of FMCG inventory management experience and a relevant qualification (Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar). Key responsibilities include:

• Inventory Management:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet business needs.

  • Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.

  • Resolving inventory discrepancies promptly.

  • Optimizing stock control processes to minimize waste and enhance storage efficiency.

  • Collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.

  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and forecast requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance with FMCG regulations and company stock handling policies.

• Reporting:

  • Generating and presenting inventory reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of inventory control experience within the FMCG sector.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
