Hire Resolve is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join their client's team in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control in a fast-paced cement manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Develop, implement, and manage a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that meets international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and keeps your company ahead of the curve.

• Ensure Quality at Every Stage: Monitor and manage internal quality control processes, from raw materials to finished products.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with production and engineering teams to continuously improve processes, minimize errors, and maximize efficiency.

• Become a Quality Expert: Stay up-to-date on local and international quality regulations, ensuring seamless internal and external audits.

• Resolve Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints related to quality, identifying root causes and implementing solutions with the production team.

• Build Strong Relationships: Act as a liaison between the organization and customers, fostering trust and satisfaction through clear communication.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.

Who You Are:

• A quality champion with a proven track record in the cement industry (minimum 10 years of experience).

• A holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field (non-negotiable). A professional certification in Quality Management is a plus.

• An in-depth understanding of cement production processes, quality standards, and relevant regulations (ISO standards, SANS testing methods, SABS requirements, NRCS requirements, and industry best practices).

• A strong leader with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

• An analytical thinker and problem-solver with a knack for implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Proficient in quality control tools, statistical analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present findings to senior management.

• Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act.

• In-depth understanding of cement manufacturing processes.

• Strong background in Chemistry and Cement Chemistry (advantageous).

• Physical fitness to perform job duties.
