Key Responsibilities: 

For Waiters:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.  
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.  
• Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries.  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.  
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.  

For Bartenders:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.  
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.  
• Engage with customers while providing friendly and efficient service.  
• Keep up-to-date with bar inventory and place orders as needed.  
• Adhere to all alcohol-related regulations.  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.  

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizenship (must provide valid ID or passport)  
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (waiter or bartender)  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills  
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays  
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality  
• Must reside in or around the Sandton area  
• Matric certificate is required
