📌 Job Purpose
The Depot Manager will take full responsibility for the profitable management of the Mahwelereng branch, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Proven experience in the successful management of an agri-business (compulsory)
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Willingness to work afterhours when required
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
Strong track record of achieving strategic and operational goals
📝 Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management of the business unit
Manage stock within VKB Group’s framework
Lead and mentor personnel effectively
Enforce VKB policies and compliance
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and complaints
Drive creativity to consistently exceed targets
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation
