About the Role
RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled and visionary Professional Architect for an established project management and construction company in Polokwane.
This is your chance to lead diverse architectural projects from concept to completion, collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and make a tangible impact on the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and oversee projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and quality.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Produce detailed architectural drawings and presentations using design software.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
Professional Registration: Must be registered with SACAP.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a practicing Architect with proven project management experience.
Portfolio: Strong record of completed projects showcasing creativity and technical excellence.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
Deep knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
Familiarity with South African building codes, regulations, and compliance procedures.
Strong artistic, spatial, and problem-solving abilities.
