R12 000 – 15 000 CTC per Month

Overview
Junior Systems Engineer/ first line IT support specialist required to provide IT support to customers with the goal of a first-time resolution.
You will play an integral part in the identification of risk areas and improvement in the client environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
CompTiA (A+ / N+)
MCSE or associated qualification
Completed IT related Diploma or Degree
1 or more years’ experience in a similar role
Driver’s licence with own transport as you will be required to attend client sites
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to tickets logged by customers
Troubleshoot, determine, and resolve the problem
Escalate tickets on which resolution cannot be found
Ensure that service desk is always updated (job status, capture notes and time spent on resolution)
Identify common problems that users experience and submit suggestions to management
Identify technology risks in the client environment and report them to management
Candidate Requirements
