We are an up-market direct marketing company; all our sales are done telephonically. All leads are provided, no desk fees and no clawbacks on commission.
Twelve-week training details:
· Dedicated sales supervisors to guide and support you.
· No cold calling.
· Average salary of R2 500 - R6 000 each week.
· Up to R81 reimbursement per day for Gautrain.
Permanent details
· Basic salary and uncapped commission.
· Average income at UDM International is R27 000.00
· No clawbacks.
· Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 07h30 to 15h00 and Friday 07h30 to 14h30
· 50% Discovery Medical Aid Key Care contribution.
· 100% death and disability cover.
· Up to R81 of your Gautrain costs is reimbursed per day.

The company was established in 1995 and currently employs over 200 permanent staff members and trains an average of 100 additional agents at any given time.
We focus is on risk insurance which includes female cancer, as well as male accidental disability insurance. We pride ourselves on the excellent products and benefits that we offer our customers. We conduct extensive, unique, pre-marketing campaigns with our prospective clients before we contact them which results in higher sales figures than conventional direct marketing operations. Due to the excellent sales results, our staff members earn above-average salaries. Salaries include a basic salary plus uncapped incentives and additional basic benefits. Our staff are highly remunerated, recognised and rewarded for their individual efforts. This makes our sales environment completely unique as each of our sales agents are able to determine their own salary. The average take-home salary is approximately R26 000.00 - R30 000.00 per month.
In-depth in-house training is provided by our qualified training department. The quality assurance division provides continual feedback and coaching on the floor to enhance sales and communication skills. We are a highly professional and target-driven company that develop our staff to achieve the highest possible standard of work.
