    Our corporate client based in Gauteng in the wholesale industry is looking for an experienced HR manager to join their team.

    Our client is a wholesaler of top quality cellular & computer accessories, gadgets and all things tech related

     

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    NB:    Must have HR Experience preferably in the retail industry

              Have dealt with a staff compliment of about 100 staff members

    Be willing to work 6 days a week (weekdays 08:30 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 13:00)

     

    JOB DETAILS

    1.    Daily Activities will include

    ·       Developing corporate plans for a variety of Talent matters: compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.

    ·       Acting to support the people talent factor in the Service Line: devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.

    ·       Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics

    ·       Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics

    ·       Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of Talent Professionals to deliver on high-quality consultant experience and support targets successfully and strategically

    2.    Preparation for and dealing with all aspects of:

    ·       The disciplinary process.

    ·       Processing termination of services.

    ·       Onboarding new staff members

    ·       Confirmation of employment and Motivation to replace staff

    ·       Clocking’s and late comings

    • admin skills : 3 to 4 years
    • human capital : 1 to 2 years

    Candidate Requirements

    JOB QUALIFICATION

    1.    Education

    Bachelor degree or above.

    2.    Work Experience

    5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry.
