REQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 certificate, a three-year National Diploma/Degree in Public Administration or an equivalent degree from an accredited higher education institution NQF level 5 monitoring and evaluation diploma or advanced monitoring and evaluation certificate. a minimum of FIVE (5) years of relevant experience in a public or corporate administration setting. Must possess the following abilities: Demonstrated computer skills, strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, great interpersonal and communication skills, and strong leadership qualities. understanding of public service laws and regulations. understanding of PSET. Understanding of all relevant laws, including the Employment Equality Act, Public Service Regulations and Public Service Act, Labor Relations Act, and others. a valid driver's license is required.

DUTIES : Support the principal's office with executive and administrative tasks. Provide a secretariat to assist the College Council, Council Committees, Academic Board, Senior Management, and other recognized committees. provide services for strategic management, monitoring, and evaluation. maintaining records. management of the human, financial, and other resources available to the unit. Check to see if all unit workers have finished their performance agreements. supervision by staff.
