SALARY : R331 188 per annum (Level 08)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12, Standard 10, the National Senior Certificate, or NCV Level 4. Suitable national diploma or degree (NQF Level 6) in accounting Five years of relevant experience in a financial or accounting context is required, along with two years of supervisory experience. Payroll knowledge. Recommendation: Understanding of financial procedures and methods, as well as the capacity to record intricate financial data good computer literacy, especially SAGE and Microsoft Word and Excel. basic understanding of Treasury Regulations, GRAP standards, and Public Service Finance laws and processes. Valid Driver's License without Endorsements basic knowledge of PERSAL and BAS. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, planning and organizing abilities, analytical abilities, liaison abilities, client orientation abilities, financial management abilities, presentation abilities, customer care abilities, and basic numeracy abilities. Assertiveness, self-starter, and the capacity to operate both independently and in a team. DUTIES : Make sure that the administration of salaries is overseen throughout. Make sure that services for general payment and expenditure supervision are provided. Make sure to oversee all aspects of revenue and cash management. Provide comprehensive management of assets, liabilities, and debt. Make sure that services for financial accounting and bookkeeping are provided and are overseen generally. manage the available human, material, and financial resources. Control and implement employee deductions and benefits. Asset administration. reconcile staff costs and reports on a monthly basis. administering taxes. Handle financial transactions and journals. Maintain and oversee a suitable filing system. support the auditors in their work.
