As a Sales Executive you will be selling quality insurance products to our referral-based leads.

6. No claw-back on your commissions.

Successful candidates will be entered into our paid training programme.
During training we pay up to R81 per day for your Gautrain costs.

Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will be awarded a permanent contract and reap the benefits of a basic salary, uncapped incentives an amazing company benefits.

 

Training details:

• Potential earning between R2 000-R6 000 each week of training.

• Extensive training

• Up to R81 reimbursement per day for your Gautrain costs during training

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 07:30 to 15:30 and Friday 07:30 to 14:30.
•   Overtime if targets are not met: Monday-Friday up to 18:00 and Saturdays 08:00-12:00
• You will have weekly targets, so this requires you to be sales and target driven

Permanent details

• Uncapped commission structure (unlimited earning potential)

• Basic salary

• Average income at UDM International is R27 000.00

• There are no clawbacks.

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday = 07:30 to 15:00 and Friday 07:30 to 14:30

• 50% Discovery medical aid key care contribution

• Up to R81 of your Gautrain costs are reimbursed per day

Requirements:

• Matric

• No Criminal records

• Money-hungry
• Sales and target driven

• Motivated, full of energy and passion for sales
• Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
