    Admin ClerkA well-known Food manufacturing Company based on the outskirts of Durbanville, is looking to appoint an admin clerk to join their team.To apply, please send your CV to megan@personastaff.co.za
     
    Requirements:


    • Grade 12

    • Own transport and valid license

    • Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience

    • Experienced on pastel and excel


    Tasks will include but are not limited to:


    • Taking telephonic orders from clients and retailers and processing the order

    • Invoicing of orders

    • Assisting in debtors and creditors control

    • Stock control and stock capture

    • General bookkeeping and financial administration

    • Reconcile debtors retail accounts to ensure correct payment is claimed.
