A well-established company based on the East Rand is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team!
Minimum education required: Matric
Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years
Computer packages: SAP experience will be a definite advantage
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
Follows the application of safety rules according to company policies and regulations.
Maintains order, organization, and cleanliness in all assigned areas, working in line with correct workplace hygiene practices
Assists the Production Manager in the planning of the production program
Assists the Production Manager in staff management, collecting information about potential shortages, temporary workers, task reassignments
Ensures on time and accurate reporting of outputs, line efficiency and product quality
Manages support documentation for precise and timely traceability of all production batches
Ensures that all production and quality documents are filled in correctly and revised properly
Maintains production databases
Reconciles production sheets with production orders in ERP system
