What You Need:
✔ Previous housekeeping experience (preferred).
✔ Matric qualification (advantageous but not required).
Your Responsibilities:
🧹 Ensure Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain a spotless work environment inside and outside the branch, including the car park area.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; wipe down furniture, tables, and TV screens.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, bins, and service areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Monitor and maintain aircon filters, tables, chairs, and gaming areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
📦 Stock & Equipment Management
- Request cleaning supplies and equipment when needed.
- Report breakages or maintenance issues to the Branch Manager.
💼 Team Support & Customer Experience
- Ensure the branch is tidy before opening, during service, and after closing.
- Provide a welcoming and organized space for customers and team members.
- Assist in ensuring peak-hour areas remain neat and presentable.
