REQUIREMENTS : The Grade 12 Certificate as well as a National Diploma in Law, a National Diploma in Deeds Registration Law, a Buris, a B Proc, or an LLB are requirements for applicants. 4 years minimum of middle management experience in a Deeds environment adequate understanding of the procedures for deed registration. by having understanding of how the Deeds Registries Act, Ordinances, and other Acts should be interpreted. computer proficiency. knowledge of computer software. strong verbal and written communication abilities. sound judgment and confidence in oneself. abilities in project management. abilities in managing people. DUTIES : Oversee information area. Oversee responsibility, work process, cycles, and guidelines and execute restorative measures. Administer the audit of framework change demand.
