We offer the following during training
· Paid in house training by passionate and knowledgeable trainers
· On-going coaching, training and mentoring by Training staff and Quality Assurance personnel
· No Cold-Calling , pre-contacted and pre-qualified leads
· No clawbacks on commission
· Uncapped commission
· Working hours-Monday to Thursday , 07:30 to 15:30 and 07:30 to 14:30 on Friday
Upon being awarded a permanent position with UDM , the following applies:
· Basic Salary: R5 500 per month payable on the 25th of each month
· Uncapped commission , no clawbacks on commission
· The average monthly income for our permanent sales staff is R27 000 – R40 000 per month
· 50% Contribution towards Discovery Key Care Plus medical Aid
· 100% Accidental death, disability and funeral cover
Candidate Requirements
Desired skills:
· You do not need sales experience as training will be provided
· Fluent in English
· Afrikaans is advantageous
· Complete Matric
