The Sasria Bursary Programme
Sasria invites students to apply for their 2025 bursary program, which supports undergraduate studies in fields with critical skills shortages. The bursary covers bachelor's degrees in:

Are You Eligible?
To qualify for the Sasria Bursary, you must meet the following criteria:
Be a South African citizen between 16 and 20 years old.
Currently be in Matric (2024) or have already completed it.
Plan to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree in one of the listed fields starting in 2025.
Have passed the Matric exam with Mathematics (not Math Literacy) and a minimum overall average of 70%.
Intend to study at a recognized and accredited South African university.
Come from a household with a total annual income below R600,000.
How to Apply
Submit your online application for the Sasria Bursary Application 2025 by January 3rd, 2025 (12:00 PM). Include certified copies (no older than 3 months) of the following documents:
ID Document
Matric certificate (if completed) or latest report (if currently in Matric)
Parents'/guardians' ID documents or death certificates (if applicable)
Parents'/guardians' proof of income (payslips, affidavits)
Proof of residence
Motivational letter explaining your background, academic achievements, and why you deserve the bursary
