Retail Sales Consultant's – Eastgate Mall - Johannesburg

• Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 per month plus benefits, as well as monthly incentives and performance awards for the best achievers per store 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification would be preferable
• MUST be well presented 
• Sales experience in a luxury goods retail environment would be advantageous
• Just identify with gold as a product and be passionate and knowledgeable about this commodity
• Strong sales record
• Must be comfortable selling high value products. If they are not comfortable dealing in R1000’s with Invoices that can be up to R1M, they will not succeed. Dealing with mid to rich people and being comfortable in doing so is very important
• Smart – able to understand basic economic and trade indicators/concepts
• Personable – able to build new relationships quickly and easy as well as build depth of relationships
• Proven record in relationship selling capability

• Proven track record in finding new business and/or building a strong network of high-net-worth individuals
• Must be able to work retail hours – which includes weekends 
• Must have a proven record in showing initiative
• High energy and go-getter personalities
