About the Armscor Bursary Programme 2025

Armscor, in partnership with the Defence Industry, invites students from disadvantaged backgrounds to apply for the 2025 bursary programme. This initiative aims to bridge the critical skills gap in science and engineering, shaping the next generation of industry leaders.

Bursaries will be awarded for studies in:

✔️ Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security / AI
✔️ Electronics / Electrical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:
✔️ Be a South African citizen 🇿🇦
✔️ Have completed Matric
✔️ Achieve minimum levels 5, 6, and 7 in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English in Matric
✔️ Be studying or intend to study full-time in 2025 within the approved fields
✔️ Be enrolled at a recognized South African tertiary institution
✔️ Have a strong academic record 📊
✔️ Be interested in a career within the defence industry
✔️ Be from a previously disadvantaged background
