🎓 About the TuksSport Sports Performance Bursary
TuksSport invites talented athletes to apply for the Sports Performance Support Bursary for the 2026 academic year. The bursary enables student-athletes to pursue a tertiary qualification while excelling in competitive sport.

💡 Bursary Details & Renewal Conditions
📌 Awarded for one sporting discipline only
📌 Valid for one academic year at a time
📌 Renewable annually based on:
Academic results
Sporting performance
Training attendance & programme commitment
Students will receive acknowledgment of their application within 3 weeks. If not, they must follow up with their relevant TuksSport club.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
✔️ Be a full-time registered UP student for 2026
✔️ Excel in one of the supported sports listed above
📋 Selection is based on:
Club priority for funding
Athlete shortages in specific roles/events
National and international rankings
Qualification potential for international events
Expected performance in USSA and Varsity Sports/Cup competitions

📨 Completed Sports Performance Support form (will be emailed after online application)
📝 Applicants under 18 must have the form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
