Our client seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading MRO facility in Papua New Guinea.
This leadership role ensures all aircraft maintenance is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with CASA PNG regulations and company standards. You will oversee technical teams, promote a strong safety culture, and drive maximum aircraft availability.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead maintenance teams and shift operations.
Enforce strict adherence to aviation safety policies, regulations, and manuals.
Manage tools, equipment, and technical data for accurate maintenance.
Oversee compliance checks, documentation, inspections, and aircraft release to service.
Deliver on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance management.
Foster continuous improvement, reporting, and compliance culture.
Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality & Safety teams.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Technical expertise on ATR and/or DHC-8 aircraft.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Results-driven with focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Aviation, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ aircraft maintenance experience.
Valid CASA PNG License with type ratings on operated aircraft.
Human Factors training completed.
In-depth knowledge of MOE and CASA Part 145 requirements.
