Our client, a leading name in the mining industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineer (2.13.1) to join their operations in Limpopo.
This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive process plant experience, technical knowledge of engineering systems, and the ability to ensure maximum plant performance and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an engineer in a process plant or platinum concentrator.
Strong background in equipment maintenance systems.
Knowledge of pumps and pipe systems (slurry and clear water).
Expertise in bulk materials handling (conveyor belts and related systems).
Familiarity with classification equipment (screening, DMS drum, cyclones).
Solid understanding of comminution equipment (crushing, milling).
Project management knowledge will be advantageous.
Qualifications & Skills:
National Senior Certificate.
National Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
GCC Mines & Works (essential).
MDP or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
Formal training in Planned Maintenance and Project Management (advantageous).
