What You’ll Do
Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process optimization opportunities
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making
Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Document processes and prepare reports for management
What You Bring
Recently completed NDip / BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
