About the Programme

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll perform key duties such as:

• Determining stock to be merchandised

• Drawing stock requirements

• Checking vintage, stock rotation, product quality, and price tags

• Executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief

• Providing feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests

• Communicating promotions and product knowledge to teams

• Recording merchandising activities effectively

• Executing calls as per call cycle

• Advising the RSM on out-of-stock products

Candidate Requirements

• Aged 18 – 28 years

• NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field

• No prior work experience required

• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a professional setting
