About the Role
MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA/QC Engineering Supervisor to join a leading mining client in Limpopo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a mining or underground trackless environment and is passionate about quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise QA/QC activities across engineering and mining operations.
Implement and monitor quality standards, processes, and compliance measures.
Drive adherence to warranty processes and component life cycles.
Apply RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) procedures to improve reliability.
Manage SAP functions including MMBE, Reservation Management, and Display Purchase Requisitions.
Lead and mentor teams to ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
Minimum Requirements
Recognised QA/QC qualification and proven experience.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in mining or underground trackless environment as an Artisan/Tradesman.
At least 5 years in a supervisory role within mining operations.
Strong understanding of warranty processes and component life cycles.
Proficiency in SAP systems (MMBE, Reservation Management, Display Reservation, Display Purchase Requisition).
