Stonebridge HR Solutions is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a leading company in the Building and Civil Engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong analytical and financial skills to play a critical role in cost management and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and project valuations.
Monitor costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
Registration with SACQSP (advantageous, not essential).
2–4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
