Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure seamless office administration and professional service delivery. Duties include:
Managing all administrative tasks from reception.
Handling door access control for guests and visitors.
Preparing boardrooms for client meetings.
Ordering and controlling stationery and water supplies.
Running company-related errands (own transport essential).
Preparing and submitting monthly travel claims for reimbursement.
Managing switchboard and telephone systems.
Minimum Requirements
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written & spoken).
Own transport and valid driver’s licence essential.
Helderberg residency advantageous.
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Neat, professional appearance, punctual and reliable.
RE5 Financial Regulatory Exam – advantageous.
Exposure to estates, trusts, life insurance, investments, or medical aids beneficial.
Personal Attributes
Takes ownership of assigned tasks.
Reliable, honest, and sincere.
Enjoys administrative duties with strong multi-tasking skills.
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
High attention to accuracy and detail in handling sensitive documents.
