Key Responsibilities
Oversee meat production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Manage and mentor production teams to achieve performance targets.
Implement and monitor operational strategies, systems, and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
8 – 10 years’ experience in a Meat Manufacturing environment.
Senior Certificate (Matric).
BTech / BSc in Operations or Production Management.
