📌 About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking two experienced Operations Managers at our Robertville Branch in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will ensure that all site-specific security requirements are met, client SLAs are adhered to, and operational processes run effectively and efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced security professionals who excel at leadership, compliance, and client relationship management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
Provide daily liaison and feedback between Fidelity and clients.
Compile, distribute, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage incident, accident, and investigation reporting.
Oversee posting of Security Officers for full site coverage (day & night shifts).
Ensure all staff meet contractual and compliance requirements.
Discipline staff and represent the company at CCMA or Labour Court when required.
Assess client premises continuously to minimize risks and strengthen security barriers.
Audit and verify access registers, generating exception reports.
Recommend and implement service improvements for client satisfaction.
✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent).
PSIRA Grade A/B registration (valid and up to date).
Minimum 2 – 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in security.
Strong staff management experience.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transport.
No criminal record (or pending cases).
Computer literate.
Physically fit and in good health.
Must reside in Greater Johannesburg (or willing to relocate at own cost).
