1. Responsible for the profit for all the deli, bakeries and F&V in all our stores in the division.
2. Responsible for the standards and ranging for all the deli, bakeries and F&V in all our stores in the division.
3. Training and development of staff in all the deli, bakeries and F&V in all our stores in the division to ensure that the above aim is achieved.
4. New product development for deli/F&V and bakery
The candidate must have worked in a regional or divisional position looking after service departments within a supermarket group.
