• Be versatile with acceptable quality and non-acceptable quality in both finished goods and raw materials used.
• Be able to liaise with customers.
• Basic knowledge ISO 9001 Standards
• Collection of data.
• Reporting of problems relating to customers.
• Attend module courses on Business
• Methods, also Sales and Marketing.
