    We have an opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our team in Edenvale, Johannesburg on a full time basis.


    REQUIREMENTS



    • Grade 12 / Matric

    • HR Diploma or equivalent 

    • 1-3 years of experience in an operational environment with some administrative and or HR experience

    • Strong administrative skills

    • Good communications skills

    • Computer Literacy (MS Office)

    • Basic Understanding of the Health and Safety act

    • Basic understanding of the LRA and BCEA

    • Basic Accounting skills

    • Organized, neat and structured workflow approach

    • Experience in KRONOS desirable

    • Experience in SAGE People 300 Desirable

    • Administrative skills

    • Analytical skills


    Job Description



    • HR Time sheet administration for permanent and TES employees (KRONOS)

    • Payroll and pay slips management, distribution and administration

    • Union membership administration

    • Leave capturing and administration on the HR System (SAGE)

    • Increases and bonus administration

    • Recruitment & Onboarding administration for new employees

    • Exit administration for departing employees

    • IOD and Incident administration

    • Scheduling Training, Reporting and Tracking

    • Disciplinary Hearing management, tracking and administration

    • Arranging and tracking EMP Medicals

    • Arranging and tracking Certification training and licenses

    • Interact with employees re pay and leave queries

    • Personnel file maintenance

    • Biometric Data Capturing and Access Control

    • Employee benefits onboarding, updating, claims and administration

    • Scheduling, attendance minutes and coordination of employee forums

    • Staff communications and feedback re HR related matters, queries and complaints

    • Awards and recognition campaigns management and coordination

    • Assist with client and internal HR policies generation and modification
