The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Supervising the Hatchery egg and the relevant staff complement.


• Ensuring quality standards are maintained.


• Ensuring production targets are met.


• Implementing and maintaining of the 20 Keys & Galaxy programs and check.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Matric.


• Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience working in a Hatchery on eggs.


• It is essential that the candidate should possess good supervisory and communication skills.


• A good mechanical/technical background.
