Responsible for hiring, developing, and looking after employees. This
involves functions such as training and monitoring performance.
Communicating with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
Candidate Requirements
Job Requirements:
Proven working experience as HP Manager or other HP Executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HP systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Required Skills /Qualifications:
3-5 years experience.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Grade 12/ Matric.
