Marketing and Sales
Co-ordinate with design, operation and sales for on time delivery of orders
Maintain product knowledge and familiarise yourself with any modifications to existing or addition of new products to the company’s product range
Keep tracking of all production and buy out items
Regular update of each sales order and feedback to sales team.
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
Inform clients for unforeseen delays or issues.
Follow up with India and forwarding agents for all deliveries from India
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Sales Administration and Reports
Provide input into sales targets, budgets and forecasts
Preparing SOIP synopsis on weekly basis
Discuss and agree monthly sales plan with all members of sales team and monitor progress against set targets weekly.
Maintained all sales records, performed data entry tasks, and provided excellent customer service
SHEQ Responsibilities
Comply fully with Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act: General duties of employees at work
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the above section. A copy can be requested from the OHS Manager. Copies of the act are also available electronically on the Company’s home page. Summaries of the act are displayed throughout all departments in the Company.
You are further required to comply with all requirements of the Company’s quality management system applicable to your position and activities.
You are also responsible to ensure that your subordinates comply with all SHEQ requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel & SAP).
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
