Do you enjoy being the front face of an organisation, have a creative flair, coupled with good administration and communication skills in Afrikaans and English? Our client based in Observatory requires a vibrant, energetic people’s person who loves helping and assisting customers, has minimum two years administration, customer service or hospitality experience. An interest in interior decorating and social media is highly advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Matric plus own transport essential
Computer Literate, tech savvy and social media experience
Creative flair, energy, and a people's person
Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
An interest in interior decorating or hospitality
Must be very well groomed
DUTIES:
Meeting and greeting and welcoming incoming clients answering questions as to various products and enquiries
Liaising telephonically with clients with their enquiries and sales orders
All administration duties pertaining to various orders
Invoicing
Managing point of sale
Uploading of images onto the website
Answering enquiries on the website and social media
Accurate order taking
Explaining product requirements to client and various options available
Follow up calls to clients
Completing excel spread sheets, data capturing details for stock
Assisting in any areas where help is required with ad-hoc duties
Working as a team player with all members
