Montague Gardens – Around R12,000 Gross per month based on skills, experience & education.

Are you an experienced Admin Clerk withexcellent vehicle driving/parking skills, strong computer skills and at least a Code 08 Drivers’ license looking for a change of scenery?

My client, who was established in 1911 and has branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town & Durban and today is the largest vehicle auctioneering company in South Africa, is looking for an experienced Admin Clerk with good general Administration skills to:

  • Do licensing of vehicles

  • Do general Office Administration tasks and duties

  • Move (drive) vehicles around in and around the warehouse


Required Skills

  • Driving Skills: 5 to 6 years


Candidate Requirements

You may be the successful candidate to join the Montague Gardens team to exceed customer and management expectations if you have:

  • Above average computer skills.

  • A proven track record (3+ years) as an Admin Clerk or similar position

  • Grade 12 plus, preferably, some secondary Computer, Admin or other relevant education.

  • An unendorsed valid Drivers’ license. At least Code 08 (EB).

  • Experience or the clear ability to drive/park vehicles in confined spaces without damaging vehicles or other property

  • The personality attributes and administrative skills typically associated with successful Admin Clerks.

  • Experience working with MS Office suite.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
