To assist with all administration regarding the sales process, Quotes, Invoicing, Orders and Sourcing.
Process orders on behalf of reps via email or phone.
Check data accuracy in quotes, orders and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries only if needed (preference is no contact with customers, the Sales Representative should do this).
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop monthly sales reports.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

Assist Sales Representatives with sourcing, purchases orders, quotes and invoices as per their requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Grade 12.
Valid Driver’s License.
At least 2 years sales or sales related experience is required.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Goal driven.
Desire to work with people.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
