Senior IT Support Technician - Montague Gardens – R25,000 – R30,000 per month 

 

The manufacturer requires the above to troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues, hardware, and software.

 

• Duties:

• · Resolve desktop issues

• · Install and configure software and hardware on PC’s and laptops

• · Ensure systems are backed up

• · Document all tasks

• · First line support

• · Develop and maintain the management reporting application

• · Strong understanding of Server software, Active Directory on MS Server, TCP/IP, IT infrastructures

 

Minimum Requirements:

• · Matric

• · 3 years’ experience in a similar role & IT related degree/diploma

• · MS Office (excellent)

• · Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript; Frontend

• · Programming in VB/VB.NET

• · WordPress development would be an advantage

• · Some graphics experience is required
