Qualifications
BCom Finance Qualification
5 years Accounts Receivable experience within an FMCG environment working with intercoms
Proficient knowledge of SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Great understanding of the credit act, in terms of credit applications understanding of incoterms
Good understanding of the legal complexities of payment plans and interest rates
Job description & Skills
Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the Accounts Receivable team
Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors’ books
Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel sales team
Participation of Ad hoc duties the credit control department needs
