REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate, a National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (NDP, BSc, BTech), and an acceptable technical IT qualification are requirements for applicants. N+, A+, MCSE, and Linux+. 3 years minimum of work experience in technical assistance, enterprise service management, and system support knowledge of how hardware, software, controls, and security work. The ability to use the Deeds Registration System will be advantageous. Technical features of products and services in the information and communications technology sector. DUTIES : Provide end users with desktop support. End-user devices are installed, updated, and configured. Install, maintain, and support company software. Investigate, address, or escalate issues, and keep an eye on recorded calls. oversee desktop support for customers. Support the network. help end users connect to their local area networks (LANs). Keep an eye on the network's performance and availability. Determine whether network points are needed, make a request, and keep an eye on the installation process. Investigate, address, or escalate issues, and keep an eye on recorded calls. Support the server room. Watch the atmosphere in the server room and take corrective action. Verify that the contract's deliverables for server room maintenance are being followed. Observe access to the server room and maintain a register. help with server equipment installation of customer-replaceable parts. Implement security measures for information systems.
