REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Public Administration, Management, Development Studies, Financial Management, or Internal Auditing are requirements for applicants. 3 years at the very least of experience in a quality management setting job-related expertise: a thorough understanding of the Restitution procedure. advanced knowledge of the financial laws and regulations that are relevant. DUTIES : Through establishing and putting into practice standards, as well as by evaluating files, provide quality assurance with regard to the content, compliance, completeness, and correctness of submissions on land claims. Understand and follow the law, the rules, and the processes. Verify the quality and compliance of submissions. Manage responses to questions you send to the provinces. In collaboration with the office of the Chief Financial Officer, coordinate the logistics for the Quality Control Committee (QCC) by guaranteeing the following: Obtain the supporting signatures of the Regional Land Claims Commissioner (RLCC) and the National Director: Quality Assurance (NDQA). a file scan Deliver on schedule both physical and electronic files to QCC members. Deliver your QCC presentation on time to the QCC secretariat. Set an agenda. Guaranteed quality QCC minutes. Respond to auditors. In accordance with the business process, evaluate compliance. Verify claimant information and run duplicate tests. Create a summary of the project analysis. Utilize project management techniques to manage land claims. Align your efforts with your operational goals. Align the settlement with the budgeted amount. Align the monthly and yearly budgets. Control the processes involved in distributing reparation awards to beneficiaries. Make sure internal legal and financial controls are implemented and risk management is effective and efficient. Reviewing current operational controls and creating better controls. Sync up the functions of risk and fraud management. Stop making unauthorized, irregular, and pointless purchases. Identify new hazards associated with submissions or the restitution procedures and inform the National Director of them: Within three days of identification, quality assurance. Within a month of the required analysis, review and develop processes and controls on submissions. Create risk-reduction strategies. Utilize the resources you have been given wisely. Give each function enough resources. Assist in monitoring performance and ensuring that resources are used to their fullest potential. Provide guidance and support to the office on all matters involving policy and legal compliance. Circulars and procedure manuals should be distributed. Observe the application of the procedures and guarantee compliance. Provide financial and operational reporting while developing creative and new ideas to improve cost effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery. Offer remedies for problems. Encourage the use of Batho Pele-responsive procedures. Create monthly operational and financial reports.
