What You’ll Bring:

✅ 8+ years in data architecture, warehousing, and engineering
✅ 3-5+ years experience with Apache Kafka & real-time data streaming
✅ Expertise in SQL performance tuning, database optimization, complex queries
✅ Strong experience with data warehousing solutions (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
✅ Deep understanding of big data tech (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto)
✅ Proficiency in ETL/ELT frameworks, data ingestion, and transformation logic
✅ Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
✅ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing
✅ Experience in high-volume, complex data environments

Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Data Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data warehouse solutions
• Develop technical roadmaps for data management, integration & processing
• Optimize real-time & batch data pipelines for high throughput and low latency
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data systems
• Build data models, schemas, and architecture blueprints for structured & unstructured data

🔹 Technical Expertise & Execution

• Architect and maintain Kafka-based streaming platforms for real-time data
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Presto
• Leverage distributed computing & cloud-based solutions for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy & regulatory standards
• Implement advanced SQL optimization techniques for large-scale datasets

🔹 Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with engineering, business intelligence, and leadership teams
• Present data architecture strategies & recommendations to stakeholders
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights
• Drive adoption of new technologies & methodologies in data architecture
