What You’ll Bring:

✅ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
✅ 5+ years in a Development, Deployments, or IT-focused role
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC & software project management
✅ Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps automation
✅ Hands-on experience with virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
✅ Knowledge of monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and security best practices
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
✅ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 CI/CD & Deployment Automation

• Design & implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment & rollback
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze deployment patterns to optimize performance
• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions for automated provisioning

🔹 System Performance & Monitoring

• Use monitoring & alerting tools to track system performance and prevent downtime
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system failures
• Ensure log management, data analysis, and security compliance

🔹 Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Support cloud-based and on-premise server virtualization & network configurations
• Implement microservices, containers, and Kubernetes orchestration
• Optimize middleware, databases, and application hosting environments

🔹 Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with developers, testers, and IT teams to streamline software delivery
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions & mentor junior DevOps engineers
• Ensure clear documentation of infrastructure, processes, and best practices

🔹 Security & Compliance

• Implement automated security testing & compliance monitoring
• Support incident response & risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure infrastructure adheres to security policies & industry best practices
