Ledaine Trading is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Market & Customer Research: Conduct market and consumer research to gather insights that inform marketing objectives, strategies, and business goals. Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends to drive effective marketing initiatives.

✔ Brand Marketing Strategy: Design and lead the execution of brand marketing objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving business goals. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

✔ Communication Initiatives: Oversee and manage all communication initiatives, including Above the Line (ATL) channels such as TV, radio, print, advertorials, and reference press. Lead Public Relations, digital content, and social media strategies, collaborating with relevant agencies and consultants for both internal and external communications.

✔ Digital & Social Media Strategy: Execute digital strategies to drive brand engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and boost brand awareness using social media platforms, emerging technologies, and partnerships with influencers. Ensure a seamless integration of digital tactics across campaigns.

✔ Budget Management: Plan, direct, and manage all marketing advertising and promotions investments (A&P budget). Work with suppliers and negotiate effectively to optimize these funds and achieve the best outcomes for marketing campaigns.

✔ Category Management & Trade Marketing: Partner with the Operations and Buying teams to oversee category management and trade marketing initiatives for Key Accounts. Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product categories and sales goals.

✔ Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and oversee cross-functional teams related to new product development, management training, staff conferences, internal PR (company newsletters), store development, in-store POS,

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years working as a Marketing Manager in the Retail Industry
• Tertiary qualifications
• 5+ years leading e-commerce and digital marketing teams
