Brandjam is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support client social media management and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Social Media Coordination: Coordinate with departments to ensure our clients monthly social media is approved and scheduled at the end of each month.
✔ Client Communication: Coordinate directly with clients to get approval and follow up for feedback to assist the team.
✔ Social Media Scheduling: Schedule clients’ monthly social media posts to Social Pilot - 8 hours.
✔ Social Media Setup: Connect new client pages to Social Pilot.
✔ Ad Hoc Posting: Load Ad hoc posts.
✔ Market Research: Conduct market research BEFORE placing Meta ads.
✔ Meta Ads Management: Run, track & Manage Meta Ads.
✔ Budget Oversight: Oversee marketing budgets.
✔ Project Performance: Track project performance.
✔ Reporting: Send Social Pilot or Meta Reports to clients.
✔ Deadline Management: Ensuring Deadlines are met - spreadsheet management.
✔ Reporting Structure: Will report directly to the owner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or 3-Year Diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing
 - 2 Years Marketing Work Experience
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
 - Experience with Social Pilot and Meta Ads
 - Proficient in working on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok
 - Excellent organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
 - Excellent time management skills
 - Friendly, professional and well-mannered as will need to deal with the internal team and Brandjam clients
 - Excellent writing skills
 - Excellent language skills
 - Own laptop with Microsoft Office and reliable Wi-Fi connection
