Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Receptionists and Beverage Servers across CPT, JHB, PTA, and DBN.

  • Foster a cohesive team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct daily spot checks to ensure service consistency.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.

  • Identify and address training needs to enhance service standards.

  • Provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.

Client Service & Operations

  • Manage and resolve client service issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Oversee daily front desk and concierge operations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Scheduling & Recruitment

  • Coordinate team schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Hospitality (or related field); additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or corporate client service.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and client service skills.
