Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Receptionists and Beverage Servers across CPT, JHB, PTA, and DBN.
Foster a cohesive team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct daily spot checks to ensure service consistency.
Training & Development
Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.
Identify and address training needs to enhance service standards.
Provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.
Client Service & Operations
Manage and resolve client service issues professionally and efficiently.
Oversee daily front desk and concierge operations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Scheduling & Recruitment
Coordinate team schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Hospitality (or related field); additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.
2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or corporate client service.
Strong leadership, organizational, and client service skills.
