We’re looking for a proactive and organized Reception/Admin & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.

  • Process and print orders, updating tracking and barcode spreadsheets.

  • File orders and invoices, assist with invoicing, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Sales Support

  • Assist sales reps by handling customer admin tasks and updating stock on Skynamo.

  • Canvass and call potential leads to support sales growth.

  • Coordinate new stock for photography and manage timely invoicing.

General Office & Reception Duties

  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front-office presence.

  • Open and close the office and security gates.

  • Assist the warehouse team with order pulling and stock counting when needed.

  • Support sales reps and ensure the reception area remains organized.

Reporting & Social Media

  • Manage catalogues, including image and pricing updates.

  • Oversee outsourced updates as needed.

  • Assist with company social media presence (TikTok, Facebook).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
