We’re looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. If you excel at customer service, multitasking, and front-office administration, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and notify staff promptly.

  • Answer and direct calls professionally, taking accurate messages when necessary.

  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring cleanliness and setup before meetings.

  • Maintain an organized reception area, oversee courier deliveries, and update internal directories.

  • Provide clerical support to the Facilities department to ensure smooth office operations.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist (preferably in financial services or corporate environments).
  • 2+ years’ experience handling a switchboard.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Secretarial Certificate/Diploma required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
